Thursday 7.00-8.15pm Introductory Course Term 3
Designed for students with little or no experience of Iyengar Yoga. This level teaches basic yoga poses, structure and alignment of the skeletal body, how to practice with awareness, and also basic relaxation. Students also learn how to use the equipment to support their learning, particularly if working with an injured area. If you haven’t practised yoga before, it’s the best place to start. The next Introductory Course starts in Term 3 on Thursday 26 July 2018. Duration 75mins.
