In term 2, The Yoga Room is running a 10 Week Introductory Course on Thursdays from 7.00-8.15pm commencing 3 May. All are welcome to join and start their yoga journey in this course. Yoga is a great way to take time out for yourself, learn to be focused and still, and to cultivate resilience and relaxation. It also brings physical strength and stamina. All students work to their capacity in a friendly and nonjudgmental environment with certified Iyengar teachers. I am taking enrolments now. Please contact me for further information.
