Running on empty is not beneficial to anyone and it's so important to take time out of our busy lives to create a space to sit with ourselves and cultivate the practice of stillness and observation. The Relax and Restore class centres around these concepts. By practising asanas that quieten the nervous system, we can bring harmony across the physical, mental and emotional sheaths.
