Relax and Restore classes this week
Winter is a good time to renew your energy. Join us this week for two classes to nurture yourself and take some time out to restore your energy. These two classes are open to all students of any level of experience. You will feel grounded, enjoy a great night's sleep and be ready for the week ahead. Class time as follows:
Tuesday 10 July 6.00pm Restorative with Tricia
Thursday 12 July 6.00pm Restorative with Sharon.
